The Chevron Championship 2025 concluded with Mao Saigo clinching her maiden LPGA Tour victory after a dramatic five-way playoff. Despite standout performances, several top players, including Charley Hull and Nelly Korda, struggled at Carlton Woods, delivering unexpectedly disappointing results.

Charley Hull opened with a 3-over 75 and missed the cut after a second-round 73. Defending champion Nelly Korda, despite recovering slightly after a poor start, could not defend her title, extending a winless streak in her 2025 season.

Jennifer Kupcho, Hannah Green, and Jeeno Thitikul also underperformed. Kupcho missed another cut, Green posted her first missed cut of the year, and Thitikul, despite consistency, fell outside the top 20 for the first time this season.
