Cristiano Ronaldo expressed his frustration after being substituted in Al Nassr’s 3-1 victory over Al Kholood on Friday night. The Portuguese star, who scored early in the match, was withdrawn by manager Stefano Pioli after an hour, despite his team’s dominant lead.

As he left the pitch, Ronaldo appeared visibly displeased, exchanging words with Pioli before heading straight down the tunnel. His reaction sparked speculation among fans, though he shook hands with the manager, suggesting no visible conflict. This marked only the fifth time in 24 league matches this season that Ronaldo did not complete the full 90 minutes.

Despite Ronaldo’s early exit, Al Nassr secured all three points, though they conceded a late own goal. The team remains fourth in the Saudi Pro League standings, ten points behind leaders Al Ittihad. Meanwhile, Ronaldo has been named in Portugal’s squad for their upcoming Nations League quarter-final clashes against Denmark.
