Inspired by Lindsey Vonn’s off-season workout, I ambitiously decided to try it myself after watching her Instagram video repeatedly. What began as a casual joke with colleagues quickly turned into an unexpected fitness challenge—and a serious wake-up call.

My morning started with a dance party at a local lumber yard, which doubled as my warmup. From there, I tackled the core routine confidently—until the Swiss ball oblique tosses completely humbled me. Balancing on that ball was harder than any racecourse.

By the time I hit the leg exercises, my energy (and ego) were both depleted. Vonn’s strength is no joke—especially when you realize she’s lifting triple your weight. I finished sore, sweaty, and sincerely impressed.
