Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are reportedly at odds over the inclusion of their daughter North West’s vocals in West’s new song, *Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine.* The track also features embattled rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently facing multiple lawsuits, and his son Christian ‘King’ Combs. Kardashian allegedly expressed concern over North’s involvement, attempting to prevent the song’s release by citing trademark rights over her daughter’s name.

According to *The Hollywood Reporter*, the track begins with an audio clip of a phone conversation between West and Combs, in which Combs thanks West for looking after his children. North West’s brief rap verse includes lyrics about ambition and success. Screenshots shared and later deleted by West suggest Kardashian was upset about their daughter’s participation, particularly given Diddy’s legal troubles. She reportedly sought mediation with a judge, but West did not attend.

Combs is
facing serious allegations, including charges related to sex trafficking, assault, and racketeering. Prosecutors claim he coerced women into participating in “freak-offs,” where they were allegedly drugged and manipulated using financial and career-related pressure. Reports indicate these incidents date back to 2009, with accusations of violence and intimidation. The controversy surrounding Combs has added further tension to the dispute between West and Kardashian.
