Lindsey Vonn is the One Skier that was Nominated for the 2025 ESPYs

The 2025 ESPYs will air live from Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre on July 16, with comedian Shane Gillis hosting. Among the nominees is Lindsey Vonn, the only skier recognized this year, alongside Paralympic snowboarder Noah Elliott representing snowsports.

Vonn earned her nomination for “Best Comeback Athlete” after returning from retirement and knee surgery to secure a second-place finish in the Sun Valley World Cup finals. She is joined in the category by Gabe Landeskog, Suni Lee, and Mallory Swanson.

Already a multi-time ESPY winner, Vonn adds another potential honor to her legacy, which includes 82 World Cup victories and three Olympic medals. Fans can vote online to support their favorite athletes before the live show.
